Prototype Research Grant Scheme (PRGS)

Prototype Research Grant Scheme ( PRGS) is a research grant from the Ministry of Education it is for the development of research prototypes can not be commercialized because the research is still in its infancy. For continuity , Prototype Research Grant Scheme ( PRGS) was created to help bridge the gap between research discovery and commercialization of new technologies for the creation of the line with K -Economy and the New Economic Model . Fund established for the development of prototypes to bridge the gap between laboratory discovery / research up before commercialization . This includes proof of concept ( proof of concept ) , assessment ( evaluation ) , scale up ( up- scaling ) , pre-clinical (pre - clinical testing ) and field trials (field testing ) . PRGS fund created to help bridge the gap between research discovery and commercialization of technologies for the creation / new discovery in line with K - economy and the implementation of the New Economic Model . Open to all fields of research have findings that require prototype development .
